Return/Exchange Policy

All sales are FINAL. Before finalizing your purchase, please ensure you have chosen the correct size and colour of your items. 

 

We will consider exchanges depending on circumstances such as, damaged/defected, wrong items, or size. 

 

We must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving item for any request of exchange. We CANNOT exchange item if it has been washed, worn or damaged, we must receive item in the same condition as it was sent in. You must send the item back to us, as well as the order number and a contact number. 

 

If you would like to exchange an item due to defect/damage, please contact us. We will fully examine item, at the time of receiving damaged/defected item back, and contact you via email to confirm whether you are eligible for a replacement.

If eligible for replacement we will replace the item for you, depending on inventory, within a reasonable time period. 

 

If you would like to exchange an item due to the wrong item sent to you, please contact us. We will fully examine item, at the time of receiving the wrong item back, and contact you via email to confirm whether you are eligible for a replacement. If item has been worn or damaged/defected, you may be responsible. If eligible for replacement we will replace the item for you, depending on inventory, within a reasonable time period. 

 

If you would like to exchange an item for size, please contact us for approval. To be considered, item must be in the same condition sent in (un-worn with all tags and labels attached).
